Fans of global K-pop icon BTS and member Jin were invited to a limited-time merch pop-up timed with Jin’s Los Angeles shows. Over five days, 6,000+ fans explored immersive photo moments and exclusive product drops. But the real impact happened beyond the activation, fans flooded social media praising our entire team, from creative leads to pop-up staff to security, by name, sharing heartfelt messages, gifts, and gratitude. Proof that when an activation is built with care, audiences feel it.
